Donate to Bridges

Why Donate to Bridges?

Bridges’ clients work hard to get their lives back to normality and to build sustainable futures for themselves and their families, and Bridges helps them every step of the way.

But they face many barriers, not least the financial resources needed to take the next steps, especially the costs associated with going on placement or attending courses, and project funding rarely provides us with resources for this.

With your help and your donations we can continue to make a real difference to people’s futures. Here are some examples of what your donations could be used for.
£10 will pay of a day bus ticket and lunch for someone to attend a placement or a couple of trips to the launderette for those of our clients living in hostels or temporary accommodation
£25 will help provide a work uniform or safety boots for clients on construction sites or help towards a smart outfit for interview, or pay for someone to apply for they CSCS card for health and safety training in construction

Become a Bridges Champion

As a champion of Bridges we will be able to keep you up to date with the work that we do and how we are using your financial gift. It might help a client access training or education, or help with driving lessons. We can use it to stretch a client's Individual Learning Account and really make a difference.
£50 will cover bus tickets for a 12 week placement or a provisional driving licence or help us buy text books for our Open Access Centre
£60 will pay for a Disclosure check for someone on placement in health or social care

We will keep you up to date regularly with all our work and projects. With such generous support you know you will be making a difference.

Every Donation Counts
